Kanu Remain In Prison After Pleads Not Guilty To Felony Charge: The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra known as Mr Nnamdi Kanu yesterday plead not guilty to a six count criminal charge which also including the treason felony when he was paraded in court at the federal High Court in Abuja.
The case that see the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra with two of is fellow agitators, one Mr David Nwawuisi and the other Benjamin Madubugwu also paraded in court.

Report getting to us that the police in River State has arrested ten (10) protester in the city of Port Harcourt.

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mr Nnamdi Kanu and the other two all pleaded not guilty to the crime leveled against them and Mr Mohammed Diri the Director of Public Prosecution DPP signed.

Mr Nnamdi Kanu who is accused for committing treason by the federal government of Nigeria, states that the said person is trying to break out Biafra from Nigeria and under section 41(C) of the Criminal Code Act, CAP C38 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, it is a punishable offense
